Dodgers moves: activated RHP Brusdar Graterol from the 10-day IL; recalled INF Sheldon Neuse from the team's alternate site; placed INF Gavin Lux (wrist) on the 10-day IL.
The Rays placed RHP Collin McHugh (back) on the 10-day IL and recalled RHP Chris Mazza from the team's alternate site.

Today’s Twins/A’s game is postponed as Minnesota continues to deal with a COVID situation. Twins manager Rocco Baldelli told reporters that there were no new cases in yesterday’s testing. A’s manager Bob Melvin told reporters a Tuesday doubleheader is possible.
Braves OF Ronald Acuña Jr. suffered an abdominal strain in last night’s game. Manager Brian Snitker told reporters they won’t know until today if a trip to the IL is needed.
White Sox OF Adam Engel (hamstring) could return the last weekend of April, relays Daryl Van Schouwen.
